The Jade Helm 15 field exercise  is suppose to commence this summer in the States of Utah, Nevada, California, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado. Joe Newby of  Policy and Issues reported that Army spokesman Lt. Col. Mark Lastoria told the Washington Post, 'Training exercise Jade Helm will assist our Special Operations Soldiers and leadership in refining the abilities needed against a continuously changing foreign threat.'
